    Churchill is right. I'm not sure when he said this but I'd bet it's safe to say the world seemed every bit as gloomy as ours can. Probably more so.

    Plus, and this seems relevant: his mother was an American. I can't help but think that makes sense.

    I need to study Churchill more. Then again I need to do a lot of things.
