I tried leaving a comment a moment ago and it didn't accept my google account hmmm.. I wanted to say that I love this photograph and seeing the great clouds of the southwest in all their glory. In Santa Fe, these would be Thunder clouds in the mountains. Black and White photographs are wonderful because they illuminate the divisions between light and shadow so well and these make up so much of our lives. Noelle

I like the way black and white does as you write, illuminates the divisions between light and shadow. It also contrasts the dark vs light in a more stark way than color.
