I am not certain how you created this effect. I am guessing that it is after the pic was taken but it is fantastic. I love it. It reminds me of an artist whose name does not immediately come to mind. Maybe a little like Edward Hopper only high tech. Noelle
I could say this was a trade secret but I won't! Actually it is partially the setting on the photo I used and then editing.
For most of my photographs I use a Droid X phone using various settings and for editing I use the standard Microsoft Office Picture Editor.
I try to focus on composition, color and what is available to take my pictures using the most basic and rudimentary tools. If I do this, then I can show others how to do the same without a big investment in equipment and get the joy out of photography.
